Conditions of use for this editorial surface
These Terms govern access to Antique Traces (“the Surface”), an editorial and archival publication operated by BCIHC, Inc. By using the Surface you agree to these Terms.
Nature of the service
Antique Traces publishes curated historical material and third-party Private Collections listings. It is not a marketplace, auction house, escrow service, or payment processor for physical goods.
Art. 11 — Non-intermediation
“Antique Traces is an editorial and archival publication operated by BCIHC, Inc. It is not a marketplace. Any transfer of physical items occurs exclusively off-platform between private parties. BCIHC, Inc. does not intermediate, process payments for, track the closing price of, or participate in any such transfer.”
Any transfer of physical items occurs exclusively off-platform between private parties. Listing fees, where applicable, remunerate editorial publication services only — never the sale of the work itself.
Editorial method
Schede published after the editorial gate of Gocce di Memoria reflect a progressive, evidence-based approach. Publication does not constitute a notarized authentication or a substitute for an official expert appraisal.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, site design, software, and BCIHC editorial framing are owned by BCIHC, Inc. Images and descriptive content relating to listed works may remain with their respective rights holders; they are shown for editorial documentation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Surface (including scraping that impairs availability, injecting malicious content, or attempting unauthorized Console access). Inquiry forms must be used in good faith for information requests only.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCIHC, Inc. is not liable for off-platform negotiations, payments, shipping, authenticity disputes between private parties, or decisions you make based on published editorial material.
