Strictly necessary
Console session cookie (at_console_session). Set only
after successful operator authentication. It maintains a signed session for the Console
and is not used for advertising. Without it, Console login cannot work.
What we do not use
We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or social-media pixels on the public Archive or Private Collections surfaces.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the Console session cookie will prevent administrative login; public browsing of editorial pages does not require it.
